One of a Kind Carpet Saves a Home Sale!

Recently, a real estate agent we work with on a regular basis called us in a panic. He was getting ready to take new potential buyers through a home he had listed. In an effort to try and be helpful, the current owners went to the supermarket and rented a steam cleaner.

The next day when the agent went to the home to do a final walk through the carpets were actually dirtier than the previous day and had a bad smell!

The agent explained to the owners this would likely cost them a great deal in terms of uninterested buyers or buyers who would likely offer them thousands less for their home once they came in and saw the condition of the carpets. He convinced them to call us. We were there within a couple of hours and cleaned them quickly. Within an hour, they were dry, looked as good as new and smelled great!
