I arrange for him to come approximately once a year for my rugs and furniture because cleaning prolongs their wear. There is no one else I'd use.

David came to my home and not only did he clean the carpets, but he moved the furniture for us and his cleaning method allowed him to get the furniture moved back the same day! There was one, fairly minor, spot that required additional work. Without having to ask him, David and his crew agreed to and did get back the next day, take care of it, and honor his original quote. David, owner of One of a kind custom carpet cleaning was great! I was in the process of selling my house and moving out of state. The movers came on Thursday and left black tracks all over the brand new carpeting. I was leaving the state on Saturday and needed the carpets cleaned with no notice. David answered immediately and made arrangements for him to come to my house on Friday. He was professional and was passionate about carpet cleaning. Best of all, the black spots disappeared. He really saved the day.

We called David on a whim to clean carpets in our rental property. He was out of town but still tried to accommodate us. We ended up not needing the carpets cleaned at this time but he followed up with us when he got back to town. We ended up having David come out to our house to clean our sectional sofa and our very soiled dining room chairs. David was punctual came out despite bad weather ie. sleet. He was honest about the condition of our dining room chairs and stated he would try his best to get the stains out. He was able to make some progress however some of the stains were old and set it. He offered to come back and try another method however I think we may just replace the fabric on the seats. David took his time and worked meticulously on our sectional. Our 6 year old sectional looks and smells wonderful. We recently moved into our home and just had the carpets replaced but we will definitely be calling David when it is time for them to cleaned.
